Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Office 365 & Azure Management:
- Administer and manage Office 365 accounts, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Mimecast Administration:
- Manage and configure Mimecast email security and archiving solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot email-related issues to ensure high availability and security.

Fortinet Firewall Management:
- Configure, manage, and maintain Fortinet firewalls to ensure secure and optimized network traffic.
- Monitor firewall performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates.

ISO Standards Compliance:
- Ensure the IT department’s practices adhere to ISO standards.
- Implement and audit ISO compliance across IT processes and documentation.

Network and Security Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage secure network solutions based on Cisco technology.
- Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support to internal staff and troubleshoot network, system, and application issues.
- Implement backup and recovery solutions to safeguard data integrity.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and network security.
- Certifications in Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) and Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE) are required.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365, Azure, Mimecast, and ISO standards.
- Experience managing and configuring Fortinet firewalls.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
- Expertise in managing cloud infrastructure and security tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
