Address guest inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies promptly and courteously escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Maintain a clean organized and presentable cashiering area adhering to the hotels cleanliness and presentation standards.
Assist with checkin and checkout processes ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a cashier or in a guestfacing role within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fastpaced environment.
