The KSA Climate Response and Sustainability Advisory Lead supports the Regional Director of Climate Response Advisory by
- Proving leadership to this Capability within a Performance Unit (PU) in country.
- Collaborating with partners to shape solutions that result in tangible value to our clients and sustainable growth for Jacobs.
- Ensuring delivery and project excellence.

Desired candidate profile
The Lead is responsible for this Capability group performance. You will proactively predict and manage workload within the Capability, managing capacity of your team. You will also support the relevant Manager of Projects to manage project delivery risks and timely project delivery involving your Capability. You will facilitate the integration of your Capability within Jacobs’ global Capability and ensure that solutions delivered to our clients comply with relevant local standards and are consistent with Jacobs’ global practices.
Here's what you'll need
- Proven sales growth and business acumen and history of account leadership.
- Past or current professional experience working within or for organizations on their sustainability journey at a corporate/organizational level
- Demonstrated understanding of rapidly evolving climate, sustainability and ESG landscape and how these are being implemented globally and preferably within the middle east region
- Knowledge and experience with key corporate sustainability reporting systems and disclosures.
- The ability to integrate diverse teams and skills effectively and systematically to provide client value.
- A passion for team growth and development, and people leadership and the ability to drive a team aligned to Jacobs culture of diversity, inclusion, empathy and authenticity.
- A strategic and innovative mindset coupled with strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
- Strong executive level communication skills.
- Recognition within the industry preferably via reputable professional institutions.
- Existing experience in the Middle East or demonstrable adaptability to operate in the Middle East.
