Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for an Advisory Consultant who can provide strategic guidance and advisory services to clients across different sectors. You will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering actionable insights to drive business growth and innovation.

  • Provide strategic consulting services to clients, including but not limited to market analysis, competitive intelligence, growth strategy development, and operational optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential risks for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategic plans aligned with client objectives and market dynamics
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and executive meetings to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making processes
  • Deliver compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to clients at various organizational levels
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance, thought leadership, and innovative solutions to address their business challenges
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to continuously enhance service offerings and client value.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, or advisory services
  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and delivering tangible results for clients
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Fluency in Arabic is advantageous
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant analytical tools/software

  9. Change Management: Understanding of change management principles to help clients implement new strategies and processes successfully.

  10. Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to provide relevant and timely advice.
