Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will be given the opportunity to learn, and coordinate challenging buildings projects. In addition, you will also meet the following requirements-

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project operations
  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, reports, and project files.

  • You will be a UAE national that holds an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
  • A Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project managers and ensuring that projects run smoothly from inception to completion. Here are key skills and attributes essential for this role:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and project details efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and clients effectively.

  • Time Management: Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions, facilitating project progress.
