In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in both pre-contract and post-contract phases. During the pre-contract phase, you'll be instrumental in providing commercial and contractual management support from concept to detailed design stage. You'll have the chance to oversee the preparation of tender documents, review proposals, prepare commercial evaluations, and contribute to award recommendations for clients, allowing you to demonstrate your analytical and strategic thinking skills.
The post-contract phase will offer you a diverse range of responsibilities crucial to project success. You'll draft and manage contractual communications, ensuring clarity and compliance. Your expertise will be valued as you provide commercial and contractual advice to Resident Engineers and Project Managers across multiple projects. You'll also have the opportunity to tackle complex challenges in contractor's claims management, support site-based Quantity Surveyors, and engage directly with clients on intricate commercial and contractual issues.
Here's what you'll need
As a seasoned professional you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, and Arabic speakers are particularly encouraged to apply. If you have extensive experience in administering FIDIC 1999 Contracts, with at least 8 years in contract administration and 5 years with a Consultant, we offer a platform where your expertise can truly make a difference.
