Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the planning execution and completion of fitout projects ensuring they meet quality timeline and budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with clients designers and contractors to define project scope deliverables and expectations.
- Develop and monitor project schedules resource allocation and budgets adjusting plans as needed to achieve project goals.
- Oversee onsite operations ensuring compliance with design specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to review progress address issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Review and approve project documentation including drawings materials and reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors negotiating contracts and overseeing their work to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform project handover including final inspections snagging and ensuring client satisfaction with the completed fitout.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in project management with a strong background in fitout or interior construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera) and design tools like AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies building codes and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with a clientfocused approach.
- Experience with sustainable fitout practices and LEED or other green certifications is an advantage.
