Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring an HSE Associate for a diversified group of companies that deliver worldclass technological products and services across multiple industries. Our client is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health safety and environmental compliance across all operations. We are seeking a detailoriented HSE Associate with the expertise and certification to support safe practices and promote a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Conduct regular safety audits risk assessments and inspections to identify hazards assess risks and implement corrective measures
Provide training sessions on HSE protocols emergency response and risk management to employees across various departments
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections incident reports and compliance documentation for internal and external audits
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to promote a culture of health safety and environmental responsibility
Requirements
Certifications in HSE such as IOSH or NEBOSH are required
Specialization in any of the following areas is preferred: IT Finance Audit Customer Service Sales or Accounts
13 years of experience in an HSE role or a related field
Strong understanding of HSE regulations safety standards and risk management practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct clear and effective training sessions
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety risks
Must be a UAE National with a family book.
