Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are currently seeking a skilled Social Media Account Manager for our client, a dynamic social media agency based in Dubai specializing in the hospitality and F&B sectors. This role is perfect for a creative and results-driven individual looking to make a significant impact on client brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for a diverse range of clients in the hospitality and F&B industries.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand objectives and deliver impactful content that resonates with their target audience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports to track campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional support and strategic insights.
  • Work alongside internal teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their unique audiences.
  • Proven track record of developing engaging content and successfully managing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Desired candidate profile

  • Content Creation: Strong writing and visual content creation skills to produce engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored for each platform.

  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective best practices.

  • Community Management: Ability to engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a sense of community around the brand.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure performance, track engagement, and report on key metrics.

  • Strategic Planning: Skills in developing and executing social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals and brand messaging.

  • Trend Awareness: Awareness of current social media trends and cultural phenomena to create relevant and timely content.

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation to address inquiries and manage any potential crises on social media.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, PR, design) to create cohesive campaigns.

  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
