Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

My client provides maintenance services both B2B & B2C across Dubai. They are looking for a Business Development Manager who will nurture existing client relationships and identify new sales opportunities in the car care and maintenance sectors. Your goal is to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and promote our complementary services to a shared customer base of over 10,000 monthly active users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance our market presence.
  • Cross-Selling: Leverage our customer base to promote services
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends to identify new areas for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on B2B and B2C markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market is a plus.
