Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to develop the go-to-market strategy for a cutting-edge AI-driven tech startup, backed by significant financial investment from a renowned rapper.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product's go-to-market strategy pre launch
  • Identify core marketing channels and target demographics to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with a digital agency (SEO, PPC/Paid Social) and a creative agency to develop native content for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of pop-up events, bringing offline experiences to life for customers.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and external teams effectively.
  • Assess the CPA of each unit sold and ensure profitable sales, with a focus on data analytics

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product launches.
  • Strong project management skills and experience overseeing agencies.
  • Excellent with numbers, including budgeting and data analytics, to drive profitable sales.
  • Proven experience in launching direct to consumer brands, with a strong understanding of identifying and leveraging marketing channels
  • Prior experience in the UAE market is essential.
  • Based in Dubai, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • A problem-solver with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

  • Manage Campaigns: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.

  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to inform marketing decisions.

  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and resource allocation.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support for professional development.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.

  • Brand Development: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
