Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies and plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end ecommerce operations, including website management, product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Analyze and optimize ecommerce performance, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

  • Website Management: Oversee the online store, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand visibility.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Inventory Oversight: Manage product inventory, including sourcing, listing, and stock level optimization.

  • Customer Support: Ensure a high level of customer service and address any issues related to online orders and inquiries.

  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, IT, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution of ecommerce initiatives.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the ecommerce budget, tracking expenses and ROI for marketing efforts.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of the website and marketing campaigns to optimize performance.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on ecommerce trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
