Oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties ensuring they are wellmaintained and managed Manage tenant relations addressing inquiries complaints and lease agreements in a timely manner Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers keeping costs within budget Prepare and manage property budgets including rent collection expenses and financial reporting Market properties to attract new tenants including conducting property tours and screening applicants Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions or disputes when necessary following legal guidelines Stay informed about real estate market trends and local laws affecting property managementJob Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration real estate or a related field preferred Proven experience as a property manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of property management practices lease agreements and local housing regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants and vendors Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple properties Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fastpaced environment Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office SuiteJob Category: Operations
