Job Description
Motivate Media Group is seeking an experienced 360degree multitalented individual with professional photography videography and video editing skills to join our dynamic creative team. The successful candidate will deliver highquality outputs that encompass stills video animation and a diverse range of creative content. Assignments may include outdoor product fashion architecture portrait food event shoots and podcast production. Candidates should be prepared to present a portfolio covering the desired subject areas.
- Proficiency in photo editing applications including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop and Light room.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in lighting and composition.
- Advanced technical skills aligned with industry standards.
- Knowledge of video editing applications such as Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with podcast production techniques and equipment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Photography and Videography:
- Compose and process content based on specified briefs.
- Postprocess content to the highest industry standards.
- Maintain equipment health and service records.
- Direct and manage shoots independently.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop required mood boards.
- Continuously evolve production quality.
- Maintain image and video archives including key wording database.
- Adhere to best practices and procedures for content production.
Video Editing:
- Ensure the highest possible standards are achieved in content and design.
- Review scripts and raw content to produce a quality timeline.
- Trim footage segments and assemble the sequence of the video.
- Integrate music dialogue graphics and effects.
- Create rough and final cuts.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
- Consult with stakeholders throughout the production to postproduction process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize production efficiency.
- Produce finalized videos and animations from project concepts.
- Liaise regularly with the creative team to monitor standards quality and output.

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the magazine or publishing industry Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong portfolio showcasing magazine design work Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and adapt designs based on feedback Animation and video editing knowledge is a plus Experience with digital publications and web design is a plus
