Job Title: Commercial/Contracts Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial/Contracts Manager with a strong background in fitout and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of multiple projects managing contracts pricing and procurement and ensuring profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to lead teams to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial management of fitout and interior design projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee the tendering process including contract negotiation pricing and submission.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage project budgets forecasts and cost control strategies.
• Assess risks resolve disputes and handle variations or claims.
• Liaise with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal project teams.
• Prepare and review contract documentation ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance reporting to senior management.
• Negotiate terms and conditions contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to health safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial or contracts management within the fitout and interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes contract law and commercial practices.
• Proven experience in managing largescale fitout projects and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred:

• Previous experience with highend residential or commercial interior design projects.
