Senior Stores Coordinator - DWC - ExecuJet-MRO

JOB PURPOSE:

As part of our ambitious expansion plans ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Stores Coordinator to join our dynamic Stores Department. The primary goal of this role is to perform all the Senior Stores Coordinator functions and activities independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing guidance and training to Stores Coordinators Junior Stores Coordinators and Stores Assistants.
• Liaising internally and externally to resolve queries and concerns on supplies/support quickly.
• Performing all store functions and activities independently and efficiently in any shift.
• Ensuring expired parts and tools are promptly removed and processed for disposal.
• Receiving incoming materials and processing outgoing materials per company procedures and processes.
• Recording filing and scanning pertinent documents immediately upon completion of the relevant jobs.
• Ensuring core and unused components are promptly returned as per supplier requirements.
• Engaging in local procurement collection deliveries and loading and unloading of goods.
• Managing the materials and tools efficiently over the control counter.
• Ensuring parts and tools are stored as per company policies and procedures.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues suppliers customers service providers and freight handlers/forwarders to ensure meeting requirements on time.
• Ensuring minimum stock of all materials is always available at all store locations.
• Supporting Materials Office personnel with any job requirements requested.
• Ensuring all store areas are always kept clean and tidy.
• Reporting anomalies and discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager promptly.
• Taking on other duties and responsibilities as delegated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential

• Diplomalevel Engineering Aviation or Logistics.
• Five years experience in an aviation warehouse.
• Direct contact with suppliers service providers and freight forwarders.
• Proficient with receiving/inspection tool assessment and core management.
• Proficient with Dangerous Goods shipping requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of aircraft materials acceptability and various aviation authorities regulations.
• Understanding of supply chain activities and industry best practices.
• Handon experience with Aviation MRO ERP system.
• Proficient with MS Office and advancedlevel Excel.
• Possess UAE Driving License.

Desirable

• Knowledge of aviation technical documents.
• Experience with local purchasing.
