Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage social media presence create content and engage audiences.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research analyze data and optimize campaigns.
- Create and optimize digital content (e.g. blog posts videos).
- Manage paid advertising (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads).
- Monitor and report on website analytics and performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. sales product).
- Stay uptodate with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- 2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g. social media email SEO).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Excellent creative analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
