Job Description
Success Factor:
Analyzing stakeholder data to support and enhance relationship management and engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the Relationship Director by gathering and analyzing data on stakeholder interactions and engagement
- Monitor and track stakeholder relationships identifying key trends issues and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement relationship status and feedback for the Relationship Director
- Assist in the development and maintenance of stakeholder databases ensuring information is accurate and uptodate
- Conduct research on key stakeholders including government entities and partners to support strategic relationship management
- Analyze communication patterns and feedback from stakeholders to recommend strategies for engagement improvements and satisfaction
- Assist with meetings events and other activities to facilitate stakeholder interactions
- Assist in resolving stakeholder issues by gathering relevant information and providing insights to the Relationship Director
- Support the Relationship Director with the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for discussions and negotiations
- Contribute to the development of strategies for improving stakeholder relationships based on data and analysis
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in industrystandard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator) Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel) InVision InDesign and Canva
- Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques
- Storytelling thought process and creative vision highly observant to detail
Key Capabilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and presentations
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with relationship management and stakeholder engagement principles
- Highlevel professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
