RELATIONSHIP ANALYST - YOSH

Success Factor:

Analyzing stakeholder data to support and enhance relationship management and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Relationship Director by gathering and analyzing data on stakeholder interactions and engagement
• Monitor and track stakeholder relationships identifying key trends issues and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement relationship status and feedback for the Relationship Director
• Assist in the development and maintenance of stakeholder databases ensuring information is accurate and uptodate
• Conduct research on key stakeholders including government entities and partners to support strategic relationship management
• Analyze communication patterns and feedback from stakeholders to recommend strategies for engagement improvements and satisfaction
• Assist with meetings events and other activities to facilitate stakeholder interactions
• Assist in resolving stakeholder issues by gathering relevant information and providing insights to the Relationship Director
• Support the Relationship Director with the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for discussions and negotiations
• Contribute to the development of strategies for improving stakeholder relationships based on data and analysis

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in industrystandard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator) Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel) InVision InDesign and Canva
• Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques
• Storytelling thought process and creative vision highly observant to detail
