Job Description
Account Manager
Job Description:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales marketing customer service).
- Negotiate and close deals renew contracts.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly.
- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback.
- Analyze account performance identify trends.
- Collaborate with sales team to drive revenue growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 3 years of account management or sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
