Ensuring fleet operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations and RTA laws.

Finding ways to cut costs and maximized profits.

.

Maintain track of all Leased/Owned Vehicles/Equipment.

.

Track oil changes, Tires, Oil Filter and Air filter changes, and periodic maintenance.

.

Hands-on experience in Vehicle repair & maintenance, its cost, and thorough knowledge of UAE Garage.

.

Follow up for vehicle and insurance registration/renewal and SALIK / DHARB tags registration/top-ups and Time-bound ping of Vehicle inspection.

.

The focal point for accident reporting and accident repair. Update the accident tracker and keep a folder file for each accident report.

.

Receive maintenance request form, record and follow up on vehicle repair until the vehicle is released back to the site.

.

Taking estimates from reliable workshops for repairs/maintenance and for spares separately also shall maintain necessary doents for claiming insurance in case of accidents.

.

Maintain and monitor data of Vehicles, Mileage, Fuel Consumption & Efficiency, Per
Day Trips & Routes, and tolls yzing data to increase business operational efficiency.

.

Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.

.

Maintain vehicles (Doentation, legalizations, insurance, claims, maintenance,
IPOs, tax invoice, fuel, contract management, and cost control).

.

Candidate must well be aware of the ping and renewals process of all category vehicles.
