Team Collaboration: Working closely with teachers, special education professionals, and therapists to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of student progress, behavior, and any interventions used, which can inform future strategies.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust approaches based on the changing needs of students or classroom dynamics.
