Job Description
- To assist dispatching check in check out and room deliveries requests ensuring a smooth daily operation.
- To maintain a clean and organized concierge storage area.
- To handle all administrative and technical responsibilities such as but not limited (Invoice submission keeping the tracking sheets up to date etc..)
Qualifications :
Educational Background
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Certification: Hospitality management certifications can be advantageous.
Experience
- Previous Experience: Experience in customer service or hospitality roles ideally in a hotel or resort setting.
- Management Experience: Supervisory experience can be beneficial.
Skills
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with guests and address their needs promptly.
Personal Attributes
- CustomerCentric Attitude: Passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various departments within the hotel.
