Key Responsibilities: Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding fit-out inquiries, approvals, and coordination of activities. Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Contractor Management: Source and engage with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for fit-out works, negotiate contracts, and oversee their performance to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of projects. Permitting and Compliance: Manage the permitting process, including obtaining necessary approvals from regulatory authorities, and ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and regulations.
