Telephone Operator:
First impressions are everything! As a Telephone Operator you will take care of the guests by answering to all the calls in our Welcome Center.
What you will be doing:
- Greet respond to requests and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service.
- Welcome Center is a One Stop Shop and you will be assisting the guests for all room service orders as well as responding to all their queries and requests
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay.
What you will be doing:
- Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Maintain an awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system.
- Maintain the guest wake up call sheet and deliver calls accordingly on time and to the established standard.
- Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls.
- Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.
Qualifications :
- Should have min. 1 years of experience in similar role for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
- Being Multilingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
- Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is Mandatory
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
