Join the lively team at Mama Shelter Dubai as our Night Manager! Youll be the guardian of the night ensuring everything runs smoothly while our guests enjoy a cozy peaceful stay. Lets make the nighttime magical together!
THE MISSION
- Nighttime Superstar: Oversee nightly operations making sure everything is in tiptop shape for our guests!
- Guest Experience Hero: Be the goto person for guests during the night addressing their needs and ensuring their comfort!
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Handle any issues that pop up with a calm and cheerful demeanorturn challenges into solutions!
- Safety Keeper: Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by following protocols and conducting regular checks!
- Communication Champion: Collaborate with the day team to keep everyone in the loop sharing any important updates!
- Administrative Ace: Manage night audit processes handle reports and keep everything organized and running smoothly!
- Feedback Listener: Gather guest feedback during the night and share insights to help us improve our service!
