- Guest Experience: Share insider tips about our luxurious amenities and local hotspots helping guests make the most of their time with us.
- Administrative Whiz: Handle clerical tasks with precision from managing communications to keeping records up to date.
- Billing Expert: Process payments accurately and address any questions with transparency and care.

Qualifications :
- Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
- Operational Knowledge: Youre proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
- Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred aligning with our commitment to excellence.
