Job Description

Summary

As the Housekeeping Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Housekeeping Operations: Assist in managing daily housekeeping tasks ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate Staff Activities: Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff ensuring efficiency and effective communication among team members.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment placing orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new housekeeping staff on procedures standards and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
  • Operational Knowledge: Youre proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
  • Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred aligning with our commitment to excellence.
