Role Overview: 

As a Pool & Beach Waiter/Waitress at Delano Dubai you will embody our luxurious outdoor dining experience delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience by greeting guests taking orders and serving food and beverages with care and attention.

• Menu Expertise: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings including daily specials to provide insightful recommendations and answer guest inquiries.

• Area Management: Ensure efficient service in the pool and beach areas while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere coordinating closely with the hostess and kitchen staff.

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely and accurate service ensuring guest needs are met promptly.

• Ambiance Maintenance: Contribute to the elegant atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the pool and beach areas.

• Guest Engagement: Foster genuine connections with guests anticipating their needs and addressing any special requests with professionalism and grace.

• Event Support: Assist in executing special events at the pool and beach ensuring all details are managed with precision to create unforgettable experiences.

Qualifications :

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment luxury hotel highend restaurant or exclusive beach club showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: Youre proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred aligning with our commitment to excellence.
