Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products meets the established standards and specifications. As a Quality Controller you will conduct thorough inspections identify defects and implement corrective actions to maintain highquality production output.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials workinprogress and finished products
- Identify and document product defects and nonconformities
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines
- Communicate qualityrelated issues to management and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Quality Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures
- Ability to use various inspection tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
- Certification in quality control or related field is a plus
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
