Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for complete Execution Activities including but not limited to the following:

• Sound Leadership and Technical skills in MV/LV, Protection and Automation Field
• Proven record to manage team of internal and external Project Managers, Project Engineers and Design Engineering team
• PNL responsible for project results
• Responsible for the portfolio related to Retrofit & Upgradation projects, Service contracts, Spare parts.
• Assign and manage Field Service staff for large projects including planning and scheduling keeping the productivity on track
• Ensure the delivery and accuracy or revenues and other Financial related KPIs on monthly and quarterly basis
• Project execution from hand over from Sales till closeout activities based on methods and guidlines
• Ability to handle customer during challenging situations
• Monthly reporting of overall project status to internal management
• Coordination with internal and external suppliers and factories
• NCC recording and managing
• Risk evaluation and mitigation plans
• Responsible for Team development
  

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• At least 15 years of overall experience with min. 10 years of experience in leadership role
• Expert knowledge of protection & automation systems
• C-Category Project Manager. or PMP or IPMA certification is a plus
• Experience of project management with P&L responsibility in project execution
• Experience in turn-key projects with direct interface to the customer/ public authorities/ subcontractor
