Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a minimum of 5 years of handson experience. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and oversee the installation operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery
- Conduct feasibility studies cost estimates and project timelines for mechanical engineering projects
- Ensure that all mechanical systems and designs comply with safety standards and regulations
- Perform troubleshooting diagnostic tests and repairs on mechanical systems to maintain optimal performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers architects and other engineers
- Prepare detailed reports documentation and presentations related to project progress and completion
- Manage suppliers contractors and ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Monitor the implementation of mechanical solutions and systems on construction sites
- Utilize computeraided design (CAD) software to create blueprints technical drawings and schematics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer preferably in the UAE or GCC region
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design construction processes and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software and other mechanical design tools
- Indepth understanding of mechanical codes and standards
- UAE Driving License is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in largescale industrial or construction projects in the UAE or GCC
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues
