User Researcher UX Designer

This is a remote position.

• Design plan and execute research studies to deepen our understanding of users and the performance of our interfaces.
  

• Analyze and synthesize findings to drive product discovery and vision UX design product development and iteration.
  

• Translate concepts into user flows sketches wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  

• Take a usercentered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Present findings and designs and lead UX review sessions to align the team and incorporate feedback into designs.
  

• Champion design thinking within the organization.
  

Requirements

• Three or more years of UX design experience.
  

• Experience in web3/crypto is a plus.
  

• Proven experience designing endtoend solutions for complex digital products.
  

• Deep expertise in standard UX software such as Figma Sketch and similar.
  

• Ability to prototype in a variety of mediums including creating basic functional prototypes.
  

• Ability to work with team members and stakeholders to synthesize abstract ideas and requirements understand design implications and translate them into concrete designs.
  

• A solid grasp of design thinking usercentered design planning and conducting user research user testing A/B testing rapid prototyping and best practices in general.
  

• Ability to design complete user experiences and to efficiently iterate on those designs.
  

• Clear and effective communication skills. Ability to present the right information to different audiences as needed.
  

• Ability to work in a highly distributed environment with team members and stakeholders in different timezones.
  

• Be passionate about understanding users real pain points addressing them through great design and honing your craft.
