Accountant Emiratisation

Position: Accountant Emiratisation (UAE National)

Job Description:

As an Accountant Emiratisation you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable insights to the management team. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Prepare and maintain financial statements budgets and cash flow projections

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations

Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or errors

Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders

Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies

Keep uptodate with changes in financial regulations and legislation

Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes

Handle any other adhoc tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Fluent in English and Arabic.
