Client > Consulting Firm

Role > Senior Expert with background in military aviation MRO services. An extensive experience in military aviation MRO (maintenance repair overhaul) services is essential.

Essential expertise > Commercial > Managing or advising on the commercial aspects of military aviation services including service contracts pricing strategies and business development; Corporate Support Functions > expertise in optimizing corporate support functions (HR finance procurement and IT) in a military aviation context

Main tasks > Advise on MRO Best Practices into the Industry; Ensure that the MRO services and associated operations align with MoD standards regulations and protocols; Provide strategic advice on improving commercial operations in military aviation including contract negotiation revenue optimization and service delivery; Serve as a key advisor to the project team and client leadership ensuring a clear understanding of military aviation MRO services and corporate function requirements; Participate in workshops team meetings and client presentations providing expert guidance throughout the project.

Qualifications > strong experience in MRO services in the Aviation Industry; Prior experience working with aerospace and defense organizations or military aviation service providers; Deep understanding of MRO business within military aviation with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies and regulatory requirements.

Workload/Location > Hybrid role mixed between remote working being in presence in Abu Dhabi for relevant meetings. Fulltime or parttime with flexibility based on the SME’s availability and project needs
