ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

We are looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in electrical systems design and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with project managers architects and other engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and analyze electrical systems including power distribution lighting and fire alarm systems.
• Develop and review electrical drawings specifications and documentation.
• Perform load calculations system simulations and energy modeling.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee installation processes and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in project scheduling budgeting and cost estimation.
• Stay updated on industry trends codes and standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and problemsolving.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in electrical design preferably in the MEP sector.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit ETAP or similar).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or EIT certification Preferred.
• Experience with renewable energy systems and energyefficient design Preferred.
