About OGOLD OGOLD is the gateway to seamless Gold & Silver transactions. Our cuttingedge app serves as your digital wallet for gold enabling clients to convert funds into 24karat gold at competitive prices through our partnership with the UAEs leading refineries. We are committed to revolutionizing the precious metals market with innovative technology and exceptional user experiences.
Tech Stack: Backend: Node.js Frontend: React.js (Dashboard) Mobile App: React Native Infrastructure: AWS with Kubernetes Transaction API: FIX Protocol using Fix parser
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of talented developers fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
* Define and drive the technical roadmap aligned with OGOLDs business goals.
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
* Oversee the development of backend services using Node.js ensuring robust and efficient performance.
* Guide the frontend team in building intuitive dashboards with React.js.
* Lead the mobile app development using React Native ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
* Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration.
* Architect and maintain transaction APIs using the FIX protocol and Fixparser ensuring secure and reliable transactions.
* Ensure seamless integration with UAEs leading refineries and other key partners.
* Implement best practices in code quality testing and deployment.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
* 10 years of software development experience with a strong focus on leadership roles.
* Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience with Node.js React.js and React Native.
* Solid understanding of AWS services and Kubernetes for infrastructure management.
* Experience with FIX protocol and financial transaction APIs is highly desirable.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED8000.00 AED15000.00 per month
