Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases and inquiries.
Handle cash credit and debit card transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Ensure the checkout area is clean and organized.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
