Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. As a Design Engineer you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative product designs conducting research analyzing data and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering proficiency in CAD software and a proven track record of delivering highquality designs within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design new products and components using CAD software
  
• Conduct research and analysis to identify design opportunities and improvements
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
  
• Create detailed technical documentation and specifications for manufacturing processes
  
• Perform testing and validation of designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  
• Continuously seek opportunities for design optimization and cost reduction
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  
• 5 years of experience in product design within the manufacturing industry
  
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD)
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  
• Indepth knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  

Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.

Education

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
