Performance Marketing Specialist - Yo Telecom

The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Email Marketing and Lead Generation. If you are pionate about creating datadriven campaigns and have a keen eye for optimising performance wed love to hear from you! What youll be doing: Develop implement and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Lead email marketing strategies including campaign creation audience segmentation A/B testing and performance optimisation. Generate highquality leads through targeted campaigns and innovative strategies. Monitor track and report on campaign performance metrics providing actionable insights. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead flow and nurturing strategies. Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce) ensuring all leads and marketing activities are accurately recorded. Stay uptodate with the latest marketing trends and tools to enhance overall campaign performance.

Requirements
Candidate Specification Are you the person we are looking for Fluent English verbal and written Proven experience in Performance Marketing Email Marketing and Lead Generation. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and email marketing tools (e.g. Active Campaign Mailchimp HubSpot or similar platforms). Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal. ytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing efforts accordingly. Ability to work independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative problemsolving ss with a keen interest in driving results.
