Job Description
Abu Dhabi based Construction Company is Urgently hiring an experienced Procurement Officer.
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
The candidate must have more than 5 years of Civil Procurement experience in the construction industry with reputed companies in UAE.
Must be a graduate in from a reputed university.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth flow of the procurement activities
- Coordinate And istant to Procurement Manager for various issues.
- Ensure that the INQUIRY and COMPARISION SHEETS are in accordance with CONTRACT doents and Project SPECIFICATION
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders/subcontract Agreement and doents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely action on requisitions and purchases.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system. Maintain procurement files with DATABASE
- Preparation of subcontract agreements and correspondence as well.
- Ensure contractual submissions are made in order to meet the work schedule objectives
- Preparing a summary of supplier performance monitor.
- Soliciting quotations. Carry out initial negotiation. Preparation of bid summary; preparation of LPOs And Subcontract Agreements.
- Coordination between suppliers and sites as necessary.
