Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities; build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Create and carry out sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets for the company.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants, going to industry events, and networking.
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the company's capabilities, unique selling points, and project odologies.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Work closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless of projects and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and potential risks to senior management.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Ensure proper follow-up on all leads and customer inquiries to close deals efficiently..
