Job Description
DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer you will play a crucial role in enhancing the software development and deployment processes within our organization. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to automate and streamline our delivery pipeline ensuring efficient and reliable software releases.
What You Will Be Doing Collaborate with software development teams to design implement and improve the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
Automate and streamline build deployment and configuration management processes using industrystandard DevOps tools and technologie
Trouble and resolve issues related to infrastructure build failures deployment problems and system performance ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
Collaborate with the operations team to support production environments perform root cause ysis and implement preventive measures.
Keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices while ensuring the company meets configuration requirements.
Help create and maintain internal doentation using Git or other similar applications
Requirements
What We Need To See Bachelor s degree in computer science and Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience in product development and full stack engineering with 3 year of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash Python or PowerS.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible Chef or Puppet.
Knowledge of cloud platformslike AWS and Azure and experience with infrastructureascode (IaC)tools such as Terraform
. Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with enterprise platforms (GitHub GitLab Jenkins).
An understanding of the best security practices and automating security testing and updating in the CI/CD (continuous integration continuous deployment) pipelines.
Experience with systems monitoring alerting and ytics (AppDynamics Splunk Proeus Grafana Logstash Datadog).
An understanding of various operating systems especially Linux.
A strong focus on automation and agile development
An ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
