Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Office istant to join our vibrant HR team. This opportunity is perfect for someone with 14 years of office administrative or HR experience who is eager to grow their career in a fastpaced international environment.

Based in Dubais DMCC you will work closely with two of our offices dividing your time between both teams. This is a fulltime position with the option to start on a parttime basis for the first few months depending on the candidates availability and preference. The position is fully officebased with the working hours being 11:30am 19:30pm (UAE time). The candidate must have legal authorization to work in Dubai.

Job Profile

  • Create a welcoming environment for employees by ensuring that the workplace is friendly inclusive and supportive.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment that enhances employee wellbeing.
  • Organize employee events and engagement activities to promote a vibrant workplace culture such as birthdays and work anniversaries.
  • Provide daytoday HR istance addressing employee concerns and offering guidance on HR matters.
  • Ensure the offices operates smoothly maintaining facilities to the highest standards.
  • To oversee the ordering and management of office supplies.
  • Filing of all mandatory DMCC forms in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

Education Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Possess 14 years of experience in office administration or HR within an international setting.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Highly proficient in administrative tasks
  • Strong organisational abilities with effective time management.
  • Proven expertise in event management.
  • Elished relationships with vendors facilitating seamless event management.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Positive proactive attitude with a pion for employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Has strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Capable of working collaboratively within the HR team to foster a supportive work environment.
