Account Manager

Since 2005 we have pioneered the use of light & pixel technology to develop magical & measurable shared experiences for the worlds largest retailers brands and entertainment venues. Role summary

As an Account Manager youll work closely with the Senior Account Manager and Account Director to lead the daytoday management of client projects from initial briefing through to postproject ysis acting as the key liaison between clients and our internal team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that our projects meet or exceed client expectations and bring the magic of immersive to life.

Leveraging your experience in client management growth and project management youll navigate project landscapes and complex client structures skilfully offering guidance to internal teams to achieve project milestones and act as a guardian of client communications. Youll thrive in a fast paced environment leaning on your strong organisational communication and problem solving ss coupled with your solid understanding of the event management industry.

Key responsibilities

Client Satisfaction

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing all needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Grasp the clients goals brand identity and objectives to deliver customised experiences.
  • Foster and maintain longterm client relationships through consistent highquality service and regular communication.
  • Supervise event operations onsite addressing issues in realtime and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Gather postevent feedback yze performance and prepare detailed reports on successes and areas for improvement.

Project Management

  • Oversee each project from concept to aligning all elements with the clients vision while managing timelines.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets ensuring delivery within financial parameters.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with creative production and logistics teams to ensure seamless project .
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement contingency plans; make quick decisions to resolve problems during project phases.
  • Ensure all aspects meet high standards.
  • Manage invoicing processes ensuring payments are received and maintaining client engagement for future opportunities.

Account Growth

  • Prepare and present creative pitches and proposals including financials to meet client needs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance services and boost revenue through additional offerings.

Person specification

  • Experience in roles managing client relationships such as account management or sales.
  • Detailoriented: Ensures all work is on time on budget and maintains quality and creativity.
  • Solutionsfocused with creative problemsolving ss.
  • Builds strong client relationships fostering trust and motivating the internal team.
  • Capable of handling multiple clients prioritising time and resources effectively.
  • Communicates effectively at all levels with strong written and verbal ss.
  • Highly organised with excellent administrative and time management abilities.
  • Have an account growth mindset with a natural ability to identify cross sell and new business opportunities.
  • Sed in creating and presenting proposals showcasing the ability to communicate value and win business.
  • Strong presentation abilities particularly when engaging with highlevel executives or government officials.
  • Deep understanding of local customs Islamic practices and regional business etiquette including the significance of Ramadan and local holidays.
  • Ability to handle changes tight deadlines and complex situations in a highpressure environment.
  • Experience in live event management ensuring seamless and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to influence decisionmakers in hierarchical settings crucial when dealing with large corporations or government entities.
  • Fluent in English.
