- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and innovate French and Mediterranean-inspired dishes that meet the café’s high standards.
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special offerings.
- Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to mee the following criteria:
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience as a Chef, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Dubai.
- Strong background and expertise in French cuisine.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
