Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vessel Operation Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our fleet of vessels ensuring safe and efficient operations at all times. This is a fulltime permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daytoday operations of the companys fleet of vessels including crew management maintenance and repair activities. Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations. Monitor vessel performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations laws and industry standards. Manage and coordinate with suppliers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and costeffective maintenance and repair of vessels. Oversee the recruitment training and development of vessel crew members. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor and control vessel operating budgets and expenses. Prepare reports and presentations on vessel operations for senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering Naval Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in vessel operations management preferably in the marine industry. Strong knowledge of vessel operations maintenance and repair. Excellent leadership and management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs. Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
