Job Description
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- A minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally within the real estate industry or a related sector.
- A professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate policies and resolve workplace issues.
- Proven experience in leading and improving HR processes while fostering a positive work environment.
