Analyze and assess existing systems processes and workflows to recommend solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Prepare detailed business and functional requirements documentation user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvements optimization and automation.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and validate that the developed solutions meet business needs.
Track project progress manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
Provide postlaunch support and continuously work on enhancing the product based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in banking digital platforms and staff portals.
Expertise in business process modeling requirement gathering and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong understanding of mobile and web application development.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and nbsp;in Business Information Technology or related fields.
9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of banking operations digital banking platforms and user experience principles.
