Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and development teams to gather and document requirements for both banking mobile app and staff portal projects.
- Analyze and assess existing systems processes and workflows to recommend solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
- Prepare detailed business and functional requirements documentation user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvements optimization and automation.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and validate that the developed solutions meet business needs.
- Track project progress manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Provide postlaunch support and continuously work on enhancing the product based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in banking digital platforms and staff portals.
- Expertise in business process modeling requirement gathering and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web application development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and nbsp;in Business Information Technology or related fields.
- 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations digital banking platforms and user experience principles.
