Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and development teams to gather and document requirements for both banking mobile app and staff portal projects.
• Analyze and assess existing systems processes and workflows to recommend solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
• Prepare detailed business and functional requirements documentation user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvements optimization and automation.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and validate that the developed solutions meet business needs.
• Track project progress manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Provide postlaunch support and continuously work on enhancing the product based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in banking digital platforms and staff portals.
• Expertise in business process modeling requirement gathering and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web application development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and nbsp;in Business Information Technology or related fields.
• 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations digital banking platforms and user experience principles.
