Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE.
Proven experience working with engineers and understanding their unique HR needs.
Background in corporate HR management. Huge plus if with experience in manufacturing environments.
Strong people management skills, with experience working with diverse teams from various backgrounds and nationalities.
Demonstrated experience leading HR disruption projects and policy development.
