Job Description

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE.
  • Proven experience working with engineers and understanding their unique HR needs.
  • Background in corporate HR management. Huge plus if with experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience working with diverse teams from various backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR disruption projects and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership:
    • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Culture Building:
    • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
    • Lead initiatives that enhance employee morale and strengthen corporate values.
  • HR Pillar Development:
    • Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees and management to address concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a healthy work environment.
    • Talent Acquisition: Develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring alignment with the organization’s needs.
    • Performance Management: Implement effective performance management processes that drive accountability and employee development.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
